This Warranty & Guarantee Policy explains what is covered and how we handle product-related issues.


1. Product Guarantee

We guarantee that all products sold on PullEmpire.shop are:

  • 100% authentic and sourced from trusted distributors
  • Factory-sealed at the time of shipment
  • Stored and handled under appropriate conditions before shipping
  • Shipped in secure packaging to protect product integrity

We do not sell counterfeit, resealed, or altered products.


2. Sealed Product Disclaimer

Trading card products are sealed by the manufacturer, and the contents inside are random. Because of this:

  • We cannot guarantee specific card pulls, hits, or values
  • We do not guarantee specific grades or conditions of individual cards
  • Variations in packaging or contents are determined by the manufacturer

Each box is sold as a sealed collectible product.


3. Shipping Damage Coverage

If your order arrives damaged during transit, we will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.

To qualify for assistance:

  • The issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery
  • Clear photos of the damaged package and product must be provided
  • The item must remain in its received condition for review

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Replacement (if available)
  • Refund
  • Store credit

4. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong product or a clearly defective sealed item, please contact us immediately.

We may request:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


5. What Is Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Opened or unsealed products after delivery
  • Damage caused by customer handling or misuse
  • Loss of value due to card pulls or market conditions
  • Manufacturer variations in sealed product contents
  • Normal wear of packaging over time after delivery

6. Returns vs Warranty

Warranty claims are separate from our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Returns apply to unopened items within the return window
  • Warranty covers shipping issues, defects, or order errors
  • Opened sealed products are not eligible for return or warranty claims unless there is a verified issue
