Pull Empire is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition to qualify for return

Opened sealed trading card products are not eligible for return.

All trading card products are sealed and sourced from authorized distributors. Due to the nature of collectibles, we cannot guarantee the condition, grading, or value of individual cards inside sealed products.

Pull Empire is not responsible for pull outcomes, packaging variations, or manufacturing differences.
