This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and securely. The shipping method is selected based on your location and order size.

All orders include tracking information so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States unless otherwise stated during promotions or special conditions.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Please note:

  • Pull Empire is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been dispatched.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in delivery delays or failed delivery.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at contactsupport@PullEmpire.shop.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Pull Empire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with your local carrier or contact us for assistance.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Pull Empire only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
